## A single rune's entry

`GET /v1/index/runes/{rune}`

One rune's full entry by id or name, with computed `supply` (`premine + mints × terms.amount`). 404 when no rune matches.

### Path parameters

| Name | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `rune` | string, required | A rune id (`<block>:<tx>`, e.g. `840000:3`) or name — spacers and case are ignored, so `DOG•GO•TO•THE•MOON`, `dog.go.to.the.moon` and `doggotothemoon` are the same rune. |

### Responses

- `200` The rune
- `400` A parameter, filter, cursor or body field was refused; `code` says which
- `401` This bind requires the instance token, and it was missing or wrong
- `404` No rune matches this id/name, or Runes isn't configured on this instance (`code: NOT_FOUND`, the latter case also carries `details.notes`)
- `429` Rate limited; retry after `Retry-After` seconds
